Assisting Solve A Criminal Offense Utilizing My Surveillance Camera

By Mikeal A Grene

Last month, the house of our next-door neighbor was burglarized. Apparently, she did not rely on keeping her funds within the bank, and had tried to keep her money inside her home instead. Her jewelry was taken along with her life savings. The robber probably have even gotten wind of this as to target her.

Given that surveillance video cameras are utilized typically to keep an eye on a particular place or catch an offender in the act, the law enforcement group taking care of the incident asked us neighbors if we had covert spy cameras set up in our particular residences. They would like to know if there was any opportunity our personal surveillance video cameras could have captured the criminals in action.

All I have was a mirror hidden video camera I put inside my bedroom. I didn't put any video cameras outside the house. I have one in natural wood texture frame, though it is also around in a black frame.

The DVR cam was ready to record right after I took it out of its box. I obtained this particular nanny cam with an optional built-in DVR so that I would not have to set up anything at all.

I selected a wireless video camera so relocating it would be very easy. I would not need to struggle over working with wires and also cables, either. It being cordless, and hence easy to relocate around, is most likely the actual reason that wound up facing the street the evening my next-door neighbor got robbed. I must have twirled it mistakenly from that time.

I was stunned when I checked the footage taken by my cam that night. I spotted the thieves which had victimized my neighbor. It had been dark; yet the.003 lux feature of my black and white cam made it possible to tape good images in lowlight.

If the police had not asked us about possessing hidden spy cameras, this robbery incident would still be a long way from getting solved.
