Education is one vital tool to social well being in an individual. Learning takes place in naturalistic setting and this explains why children are able to form words and speak them. Humans are special creatures that use language to communicate. Speaking in a language tends to being easy than when confronted to read the same text. To give a child an elementary approach to learning how to read, then elementary reading tutors are to be hired.

One key area to first approach to learning is reading. If a child is to get it going in associating word symbols and what is learnt in naturalistic setting, then getting them engaged in the reading culture is necessary. Most students at this age are not able to speak in fluency hence a lot of concentration from tutors is advised.

To help in building this habit to a child, one need to have a basic comprehension of concepts to be used to see to it that a child builds his or her specific skills. To begin with, is to build up a rapport with the learner so as to create a learning environment that supports learning. Upon attainment of this goal, help the child to comprehend word symbols and associate them to real world objects. Also one should reinforce learners and give motivational approaches to see an attainment in objectives.

Instructional methods to be employed here include discussions and demonstration. In such a case, giving out a step to step approach will help see a kid being able to read. The approach involves implicit and explicit models, choral and echo reading, and pairing them in groups and this will make it interesting and fun to be in a class thus learner will be interested and get to know how to read.

Next, is to help a kid decode information learnt. This should be done with an intention to help them focus on meaning of newly learnt words. This can be attained by encouraging simple sentence constructions within learning context. To emphasize on, is site words such as my, we, you and the, among others. Upon this approach, learner is able to focus and give meaning of words spoken or read.

Thirdly, help children understand what they read. This case involves making sense of any written word to popular phrases. In most cases, some children are able to read sentences correctly yet are not able to understand meaning of words read. To achieve this, one can encourage learner to explain meaning of words learnt to real situation. This strategy employs the K-W-L approach to learning which is so effective.

On achieving above stages, know consider having the child to become engaged writers. In many tutoring programs, writing skills are mostly employed to help keep record and later used for revision on their work and this help build their vocabulary. One point to note in this last stage is that language skills employ reading, speaking and writing.

In deduction, worthy approach to these abilities by elementary educators to a child is an elementary stage of learning and significant characteristic of how a pupil will be competent in higher stages of education.
