In a span of 15 to 20 minutes you will be asked to compete as many rounds of a specific circuit as you can. At the end of the routine, you will burn more calories than a regular workout because of its intensity and the effort that will be put into it. This method is a lot faster and more effective.

A big difference from conventional gyms is that rather than treating other members as random people who have their own exercise set, everyone are treated as part of the community. The objective is to compete not against other people, but against yourself. Most of the regimen are done in groups so there are people who can encourage you to push past your boundaries.

This is because everyone has one goal in their minds and that goal is to be in the best possible shape they can. This creates a camaraderie among the individuals and makes it more enjoyable and unique.
