How do you plan on ringing in the new year? If you are like a lot of people you may decide to celebrate the new year by going out to your local bar or club.

The problem thereupon is that this behavior leaves a great deal of individuals out on the city that will want to get home at the end of the evening, but are drunk to do so. And when you have lots of folks who are too inebriated, you end up with a great deal of really huge issues.
