You will probably begin spending more and more time resolving problems and working solitarily so it is important to be motivated.

Being able to perform well when you are under stress is also very important. The IT industry can be quite a tense industry to work in, you will need to learn quickly how to delegate work to the right staff members. These skills will come with time as you become more and more experienced in the IT world.
